Welcome

Let's build your health schedule.

Watch It! tracks the checkups your doctor will not chase you about, and the insurance benefits you already pay for. This takes about 90 seconds. Only birthdate and sex are required. Everything else you can skip.

Optional. Just for a warmer greeting.

Step 2 of 7

The basics.

These two drive every recommendation. We ask for sex assigned at birth because tests like Pap, PSA, and mammogram differ by biological sex. It does not need to match how you identify. If you would rather not say, we hide the sex-specific ones.

Type the numbers, or tap the calendar to pick a date.

Step 3 of 7

Where are you?

Coverage rules differ by country. This affects how we phrase things on each screening card. Nothing leaves your device.

If checked, we emphasize the cash price of each test instead of coverage.

Step 4 of 7 · Optional

Family history.

If a parent, sibling, or grandparent had any of these, we start affected screenings earlier. Colonoscopy 10 years earlier for colon cancer, mammogram 10 years earlier for breast cancer, and so on. Skip if none.

Step 5 of 7 · Optional

Ancestry.

Some guidelines start certain checks earlier for certain ancestries: the PSA conversation at 45 for Black men, diabetes testing earlier for South Asian and several other groups, glaucoma exams from 40 for people of African ancestry. Tick any that apply and we reflect it. This only ever adds a check or a note, it never removes one. Skip if you would rather not say.

Step 6 of 7 · Optional

Your insurance plans.

Add each plan you have and check what it covers. When your screenings show "Covered by insurance," we swap it for "Covered by your Canada Life plan." You will tag individual benefits later on the Benefits page.

Step 7 of 7

You're ready.

Based on what you told us, here is what you will see next.
